  3. Tejas (Fire): The element of transformation and metabolism, Tejas represents the energy and heat generated within the body. It is associated with qualities such as warmth, lightness, and digestion. Tejas governs the metabolism, digestion, and sense of sight.
  4. Vayu (Air): The element of movement and circulation, Vayu represents the dynamic force that animates all life. It is associated with qualities such as mobility, dryness, and movement. Vayu governs the breath, circulation, nervous system, and sense of touch.
  5. Akasha (Ether): The element of space and expansion, Akasha represents the infinite expanse within and beyond the physical body. It is associated with qualities such as spaciousness, emptiness, and sound. Akasha governs the spaces within the body, including the channels, cavities, and sense of hearing.

According to Ayurveda, maintaining a balance of these elements within the body is essential for health and well-being. Imbalances or disturbances in the Panch Maha Bhut can lead to various physical, mental, and emotional disorders.
