NGO Yoga Workshop

Dedicated to supporting NGOs and their staff, this one-day workshop explored yoga’s role in stress relief, self-care, and resilience-building. Through a fusion of yoga asanas, breathwork, and mindfulness practices, participants gained strategies to enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation Workshop

Yoga for Beginners Workshop
