Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation
Class Cancellation by the Student:
If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. You can cancel through our website or by contacting our customer support.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class
Class Cancellation by the Instructor:
In the rare event that we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, technical issues), we will notify you as soon as possible.
You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the class.
Refunds
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only available for classes canceled by the instructor or for technical issues on our end.
If you encounter any technical difficulties during a class, please report them immediately.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the canceled class.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval.
Partial Refunds:
If you attended part of a class and experienced technical issues that prevented you from completing it, we may offer a partial refund.
No Refunds for Missed Classes:
We do not provide refunds for missed classes due to student scheduling conflicts or other personal reasons.
